About Innovative Optimizations

After decades of building custom software tools for clients and employers, we decided to leverage our experience and knowledge into building software that is widely available.  We have worked in scheduling and inventory management for 20 years and it is surprising how many of the less sophisticated systems and techniques of yesteryear are still prevalent today.  Data is more ubiquitous and cloud services and UI/UX have improved, but the underlying logic has not undergone a similar evolution.  We are here to change that!

Our software leverages our experience building call center schedules for banks and technology support groups along with state of the art school scheduling for the NYC school system (our work was a finalist for the prestigious INFORMS Wagner Prize).
